 Ukraine's acting foreign minister said Sunday the chances of war with Russia are "becoming higher." Speaking on ABC's "This Week," Ukraine's Andrii Deshchytsia said his country is "very much concerned" about the deployment of Russian troops along Ukraine's eastern borders. Deshchytsia said Ukraine is trying to use peaceful and diplomatic means with Russia. "But the people are also ready to defend their homeland," he said.
