Many of us have our daily/weekly skin care routine that we follow to letters, from moisturizer to serum, cleanser, toner, face mask and the rest.
Have you ever taken time out to check how the food you consume daily affect your appearance, from the inside out?
If you wish to avoid wrinkles, increase skin firmness and have a clean and fresher look. The food listed below should be part of your daily consumption
Coffee: Coffee contains antioxidant, which will protect your skin from cellular damage. A daily cup of coffee will also protect your skin from the sun burn by at least 5%

VitaminC : It is a very key component to a balanced complexion. It nourishes the skin and aids collagen production. Mango, Pineapple, Kiwi, strawberry , pawpaw are all very good sources of Vit C
Vitamin E: This is a natural supplement that is very rich in antioxidant. It stimulates the growth of new cells, promotes blood circulation, and the oil from Vit E helps heal sunburn and scars. A great source of vitamin E is Avocado and nuts
Selenium: for an even toned skin, lesser flakes and increased elasticity, ensure you get enough selenium in your diet. It can be gotten from tuna, tilapia, lobster and cottage cheese
Vitamin A: healthy hair can also make you look younger and healthier. Vitamin A is the key to healthy hair and carrot is the answer, it is a good source of carotene which body processes into retinol. This skin also benefits tremendously from retinol
Tomatoes: they are full of nutrient called lycopene and it has been proven that skin with high level of lycopene is smoother and more resistant to sun’s ray.  Tomato sauces, paste and ketchup are better sources of lycopene than the fresh tomato
